Shopper Marketing Manager

Position Description:
The Shopper Marketing Manager will become Blueair’s internal advocate for shoppers. This role will own the development and execution of all channel-marketing activities, both online and offline, to ultimately enhance the shopping experience and help grow business sell-out and brand equity for both Blueair and our retail partners.You will lead in developing the shopper marketing processes, help adapt the product and brand communication strategy on shopper content (in-store & online) while ensuring it aligns to Blueair’s strategic communication. You will work closely with the sales team, brand, retailers and agency partners - so a strong collaborative spirit and agility will be key.
We believe that we’re better together. Our team is hybrid and requires applicants to live commuting distance from a Blueair office (NYC or Chicago Loop) and be in-office Tuesday-Thursday.

Responsibilities and Functions
- Own and manage Blueair's shopper content calendar for North America Omni (in-store and retailer.com).
- Act as the voice of the shopper, bringing clear category shopper insights to create sharp, competitive messaging.
- Leverage strong retailer insights to understand shopper behavior and adapt content accordingly.
- Plan, manage, and optimize shopper marketing initiatives with retailers in alignment with Blueair's shopper calendar.
- Conduct regular, data-driven digital content audits and optimizations.
- Collaborate closely with sales and brand teams to align on brand and innovation campaigns. Coordinate with sales on retailer marketing calendars and execution, including:
- Retail channel communication (online content, in-store displays, and roll-out of retail packaging)
- Uploading content for new product launches
- Manage shopper marketing budgets effectively.
- Jump in and help wherever you’re needed - we’re a collaborative team, and sometimes that means pitching in on projects outside your usual scope.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience (Shopper/Trade Marketing preferred).
- Strong background in digital and trade marketing required.
- Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) required.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite; experience with Canva and Figma is a plus.
- Agile, adaptable, and able to execute brand and product marketing strategies successfully.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage media and sales results for continuous improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to align objectives and collaborate across teams.
- Entrepreneurial thinker with a passion for winning and a growth mindset.
- Experience working with global and local product marketing organizations preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable for delivering on commitments.
Pay: The base salary pay range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 per year. Blueair takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
