We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Creative Content Associate Manager to join our North American team. In this role, you’ll craft engaging content and ensure brand consistency across a variety of digital and physical touchpoints. You'll be instrumental in developing and formatting content for emails, blogs, product pages, packaging, manuals, and more. This position blends copywriting and visual design, making it ideal for someone who thrives in a hybrid creative role. It’s a chance to connect with passionate teammates worldwide, gain diverse perspectives, and help build a brand that resonates across cultures.
Responsibilities and Functions:
- Write and design email campaigns that drive engagement, align with brand voice, and support marketing goals
- Format and publish blog content using Figma - incorporating strong visuals, CTAs, and SEO principles
- Update and maintain product detail pages (PDPs) to reflect current brand and messaging guidelines
- Adapt global content for international markets (ROW), ensuring localization while maintaining consistency
- Support packaging design updates and versioning, including layout adjustments and proofreading
- Contribute to internal and customer-facing assets, such as manuals, digital ads, social media graphics, and promotional content
- Assist with asset creation for campaigns, launches, and seasonal promotions
- Organize and maintain content libraries (e.g., email templates, design components, copy banks)
- Collaborate cross functionally with sales, brand and product teams to ensure messaging and visual alignment across touchpoints
- Perform QA checks on final assets for design consistency, grammar, and layout integrity
- Take on a variety of evolving responsibilities as part of a dynamic creative team, adapting to new priorities and supporting initiatives beyond core content tasks
Qualifications:
- Strong writing and copyediting skills with a keen eye for detail
- A clean, modern design aesthetic aligned with brand guidelines
- 2–4+ years of experience creating digital content across formats (email, blog, product, marketing)
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Understanding of layout, typography, and responsive design best practices
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong team player with a collaborative mindset
